Divine Chocolate Sauce

Divine Chocolate Sauce


Ingredients:

  • cup heavy cream

  • 1 tablespoon light corn syrup

  • 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

Directions:
Combine cream and corn syrup in pan -- whisk to combine; bring to simmer over medium heat. Add chocolate all at once -- let stand briefly; whisk until smooth.

NOTE: used Special Dark Chocolate Chips

NOTE: used flat whisk

NOTE: in microwave -- do 2c or possibly 3c -- 4c is too much!

NOTE: 6x recipe filled 3 and 1/2 containers (holdling about 1 1/4 cup each).

NOTE: 12x recipe filled 5 (+) square containers -- they are bigger!
