Individual Truffle Brownies




Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, cubed

  • 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped

  • 1 ⅔ cups sugar

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°; butter 8 6oz ramekins. Melt butter w/chocolate in microwave; add sugar - combine well. Add eggs & vanilla; combine well.
Spoon batter into ramekins; place on baking sheet. Bake until almost set, but still a little wet, in the center about 25 - 30m.

NOTE: recipe makes 10 Royal Worcester ramekins.

(Serves 8)

NOTE: Could serve 10 or even 12 - very rich. Served with fresh raspberries and whipped cream.

NOTE: 1/4 recipe makes 3 of the shallow brown Mexican dishes. Bake in toaster oven 25m.
