Sour Cream Muffins




Ingredients:

  • 2 cups self-rising flour, sifted

  • 12 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Melt butter in large measuring cup then add sour cream, then flour; spoon into small, ungreased muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 20-30min.

NOTE: Freeze well
